In 2008 when the Company was given permission to establish Escrow & Title Conveyance services in Dubai, it came with a mandate to make the process transparent, fast, simple and secure. As anticipated, this mandate was a perfect application for our patent-pending enTrusted Token Cloud. Therefore, the first SaaS product that the Company configured was born.
In addition to making world class Escrow software available, the service also protects all documentation with the owner’s biometrics. The enTrusted Token is a biometrically encrypted representation of the document, signatories and other relevant information printed on the original document in a machine readable format. It authenticates the document and validates its signatories. The applications for the enTrusted Token Cloud extend to numerous vertical markets - Civil Engineering, Banking, Government, Health, Legal, Identification and Human Resource applications to name but a few.
One example of the enTrusted Token Cloud implementation is for Building Permits configuration. Based on the needs of the Government, we configured our product to apply the department seal and embed our enTrusted Token on the engineering drawings to protect and validate its authenticity, and secure it from being altered. The benefits derived will speed-up the process of approving thousands of pages of drawings, drastically reduce the cost and paperwork, boost customer service and perpetually archive the records of the department – all whilst minimising carbon foot-print, providing for an e-Government friendly infrastructure.
