Privacy Policy

  1. Any information gathered on this site may be shared with third parties for the direct or indirect benefit of the User.
  2. enTrust & Title (the Company) shall have the right to share User data per local laws if directed to do so by appropriate government authorities.
  3. Information may be aggregated and marketed for the benefit of the Company if in accordance with local law.
  4. User may request in a signed writing to the Company that the Company provide User data information to third parties and the Company may require additional information from User to do so (fees may apply).
  5. User consents to Company sharing information with any of Users agents as required by the transaction that the User undertakes with the Company. The Company takes no responsibility for any third party distribution of data by Users agents or any acts or omissions by Users agents that cause User harm.
  6. In any event the Company’s liability shall never exceed the amount of the fee that was collected (and only if the fee was indeed collected).
  7. The Company will not guarantee that the data received from User, or from external sources providing the Company with data related to the User and their transaction, is accurate.
  8. The Company does not guarantee any archival of data for any length of time unless such service is desired for a fee.
  9. User information shall only be updated as frequently as the User updates any changes to their account and the Company is not responsible for stale data.
  10. The Company safeguards all data using technology and the highest security measures reasonably possible to ensure User and Company data privacy and the risk of loss or theft of User data is extremely low but should it occur the Company shall not bear any responsibility to the User in the event data is obtained from the Company via fraudulent means.
