For the Building Permits and Inspection vertical, the SaaS handles all aspects of managing the workflow of building permits and inspections. Some of the features include building permit application management, engineering drawing approvals, issuance of building permit, inspections and occupancy (or project completion) permits issuance. The 4n6 Chip™ ensures that the engineering drawings cannot be modified after approval, that the latest version of the drawings are presented to the required engineers and inspectors, that the information is only accessed by authorized users, and provides perpetual storage of all the information
The Escrow Management SaaS vertical handles all aspects of managing Escrow Instructions and Chain of Title services. The technology involves securely capturing the Escrow Instructions and biometrics of the parties, and then encrypting the content with biometrics to secure the information and control permissions of all principal parties of the transaction using the 4n6 Chip™. The system supports real time updates of the transaction in progress and the authorized users can view these updates.
